**Captain Jack's Donut Shack is open SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS only from now through the holiday weekend in October. We will have bagged dozens of donuts in our Farm Store during the week.

We practice crop rotation and cover cropping for soil health. New apple tree plantings are mulched with hardwood chips to discourage rodents, conserve moisture, increase soil bioactivity, and help with weed control.
